CPB one week in so far so good

In truth it’s not quite how I expected it to be. Nevertheless everyone is very friendly and they all appear to be working flat out all of the time. I’m struck by just how much the staff loves their company. It seems every second person is wearing a tee, hat, bag, even blanket emblazoned with the famous red and yellow plus insignia.

The office itself is a fantastic space and the factory aesthetic is completely in keeping with the agency’s outward brand projection. It’s a happy hybrid of cutting edge video conferencing technology meets rustic woodchip wall charm and quirky design features like enormous tables crafted from old bowling lane floors. The highlight for me though must be the entertainment that comes from seeing every member of staff cycling or skateboarding around the office and the inevitable good natured collision that occasionally ensues.

Unfortunately (if understandably) the agency has a very strict privacy policy pertaining to what staff can and can’t publicly disclose regarding work. It makes blogging tricky to say the least because I am unable to talk specifics or probably show photographs. However I’ll do my best to give a flavour of what is going on where possible.
