Spike?

One of the nice things about blogging is that you don't actually expect anyone is reading. For me it's an entirely personal means of organising one's speculative thoughts, rash judgments and generally ill founded suppositions.

It's therefore been quite odd of late to see my site's hits increase at a faster rate than usual. I'd particularly like to know how some chap in Madras found me, who in Argentina gives a toss, and quite what Johnny Chinaman thinks he's up to by Googling me? Actually I'm under no illusion that it's more likely the result of occasionally using the words: Crispin Porter + Bogusky that has kicked Google's algorithm into picking up my blog rather than it having anything to do with my deft witty critiques of society. Once again for good measure that's
Crispin Porter + Bogusky!

On the plus side if I can only make friends with someone in Antarctica I can legitimately say that my reach is truly global. There would be people on every continent hanging on my every word...ahem, choke!
